ACCOUNT MANAGER – JOB DETAILS

As an Account Manager at 149Photos, you will be the driving force behind the success of our customers. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure their needs are met, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Job Parameters

  • Virtual, work from home
  • Part-time position: ~20 hours per week with opportunity to grow to full-time
  • W-2 employee

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Communicating with clients by phone and email to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare reports on metrics, trends, and forecasts.
  • Own the onboarding process for new customers, working with internal and external teams to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas, methods, or technologies that can enhance the efficiency, quality, or customer service of the 149Photos program.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and work rules.

 

Requirements

  • Flexible with scheduling.
  • Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting client data
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an Account Management role, or equivalent client-facing role.
